In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all personnel-related functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and maintaining accurate employee records.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of labor regulations, and the ability to ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining full compliance with local laws.

Lead and manage the personnel team to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with regulations.
โ
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and government-related documentation.
โ
Coordinate with governmental authorities for labor and social insurance matters.
โ
Provide expert guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
๐น 12+ years of experience in personnel management & compliance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
๐น Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.
๐น Proven experience in leading personnel teams and handling high-volume personnel operations.
๐น Excellent communication skills in both Languages, clear leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
๐น Previous experience in dealing with governmental entities (Labor Office, Social Insurance Authority, etc.).
