Voice of Customer Leader.
(Location) : Kattamya (New Cairo)
Main R&R :
– Take Ownership of Customers issues and following up resolutions.
– Set a clear customer delight mission and deploy startegies to serve that mission.
– Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards.
– Create engaged customers.
– Keep Records and monitor KPIs.
– Mentor ,encourage and develop customer service agents .
– Increase branding and customer satisfaction .
Main Qualifications :
* Bachelor Degree [Engineering, Business Administration Field ]
* 3 ~ 6 Years Exp. (Preferred at same position or Service Center Management)
* Very Good English & Ms. Office Skills
* Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving, CRM capabilities.
