Tendring Section Head
– Experience in same role not less than 8-10 years.
– Experienced in tendering for #Bridges sector is a MUST
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Organizational and time-management skills
– Analyze and evaluate tender documents from a technical point of view in order to ensure that its terms comply with the standards.
– Support in submitting clarifications required for tenders & proposal in addition to attending pre-tender meetings if necessary.
– Validate projects cost estimation provided by the tendering team.
– Consolidate tender documents for management review and approval.
– Submit quarterly progress report highlighting progress on concerned tender in addition to wins &loses tenders including reasons.
– Assist in performing the full cycle of collecting all data related to tendering estimation.
– Manage ISO documents to ensure that they match ISO Requirements.
– Bachelor of Engineering.
– Fluent in English.
– Proficient in Microsoft office
– AutoCAD.
– Strong Negotiation & attention to details skills.
– Presentation & Communication Skills.
