Salary: 10000 EGP 5000 basic + 4500 commission + 500 KPI
Qualifications
Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
Experience in Customer Support and Training
Ability to make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales quotas
Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong organizational and time management skills
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
