1. Handle Construction, Acquisition, Roll-out and Maintenance Departments.
2. Evaluate and asses the current manpower efficiency.
3. Develop the work environment.
4. Study the market opportunities and prepare business plans for new markets.
5. Follow up the running cost for the telecom sector.
6. Multiply the current revenue.
