Citroen Egypt is looking for the following position

Technical Support and training manager :

JD:

Training JD :
· Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
· Evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
· Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
· Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members.
· Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs.
· Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
· Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
· Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Prepare training budget for department or organization.

Technical Support JD :
Responsible for technical interaction between the Importer and Manufacturers’ representative.
Oversee Repeat Repair procedure – Undertake responsibility for repair, record final solution and reason for repeat repair. Attend monthly meetings to review complete process as per policies and procedure.
Minimise Repeat repairs by analysing monthly data and implement corrective action in accordance with repeat repair meeting.
Ensure all vehicle issues beyond the dealership’s repair capacity + vehicle issues those can affect business / customer satisfaction level are reported to the manufacturer and a report is generated.
Handle Technical Campaign – Notify Campaign information, parts required, to increase completion ratio.
Ensure the manufacturer retail standards (Equipment, Tools, and Cooperate Identity etc.) are implemented and updated in the Workshop.
Responsible for raising any general/special tool request to After Sales Manager.
Identify new and critical issues and update on monthly basis or whenever new issues appear.
Ability to handle or oversee complicated technical problems.
Ensure process and policies are followed correctly in Service department.
Mentor, coach and facilitate learning practice for workshop technicians and their Team Leaders

Qualifications:

. BSC In Automotive or Mechanical engineering.
.Experience: 5-10 years of technical and training experience,
with at least 3-5 years as a training and technical manager
.Excellent Technical Knowledge of Automobiles, Communication skills

.working hours : 08:30 till 5:30 .
