● Technical Office Engineer (MEP):
. Senior and Team Leader Engineer.
. Bachelor’s degree Mechanical & Electrical.
. +6 years of experience.
. Willing to re-locate.
#Responsibilities:
·Submit all material submittals & samples.
·Prepare the contracts for subcontractors & suppliers.
·Negotiation with subcontracts & suppliers for the best offer.
·Submit & revise all variations of extra work.
·Prepare procurement plan.
·Request quotation from supplier & subcontractors.
● Technical Office Engineer (BIM):
. Senior and Team Leader Engineer.
. Bachelor’s degree Architect, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical.
. +6 years of experience.
. Willing to re-locate.
#Responsibilities
●Preparing shop drawings and reviewing the bill of quantity.
●Review material submittal documents.
●Revit is a must.
