Location: Merghani Heliopolis, Cairo- Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
– Creating and posting job ads on various platforms.
– Sourcing candidates through online databases, social media, and referrals.
– Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
– Coordinating interview schedules and managing the hiring process.
– Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2-5 years of experience in recruitment agency is a must
– Excellent in English
– Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
– Employer Branding expertise
– Interviewing skills
– Ability to conduct effective recruiting activities
– Experience in the recruitment industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
