Oversee our full-cycle of recruiting.
Define and implement company organizational development strategies, plans and policies which are aligned with and facilitate the delivery of the company’s strategic plan.
4-6 years of experience in organization development & talent acquisition.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent project management abilities to see projects till completion.
Relevant HR/OD certification is highly desired.
Adept user of Microsoft office applications.
Location: Mainly HO with regular schedule of presence in field offices inside ARE
