WeData is Currently Hiring ” System Administrator Supervisor” with the below qualifications;
-5 to 8+ years of experience in systems administration and analysis
-Windows 2016 and 2019 system administration excellent experience
-Excellent Knowledge with active directory implementations are running effectively and efficiently
-VMware good knowledge, vSphere client good knowledge
-SAN storage basic concepts are required
-Offline backup concepts are required
-Advanced knowledge for network concepts is a must
-MCSE or other related Microsoft certification
-CCNA certification is a plus
And below are the job responsibilities;
-Install, configure, manage, patch, troubleshoot, and upgrade Microsoft windows OS, windows cluster, active directory servers, backup agents, monitoring agents and anti-virus agents
-Monitor and evaluate operating efficiency, analyze performance and tuning
-Time planning for new projects installation and configuration, including team member’s time plan
-Establish standards for server configuration, usage, and management
-Evaluation and recommendation of new technologies
-Analyze system problems to identify problem areas
-Follow established procedures required for efficient management of the infrastructure
-Install new or enhanced applications or services
-Resolve escalated service requests and support tickets related to Windows server environments
-Reviews, evaluates, and recommends new or upgraded systems software packages
-Manage security assessments reports reported from the information security team
-Manage solutions redundancy as a recommendation or implementation
-Work closely and escalates issues directly with vendors to ensure that supporting operating systems are compliant with applications, including required patch levels, hot fixes, and revisions
-24/7 readiness for any escalated impacts and problems on the production systems
-Using power shell scripting in managing and troubleshooting windows services and components
-Management of system backups, security, integrity, reliability, availability, and disaster recovery
-Windows OS network configuration, troubleshooting and validating server’s network requests.
-Windows cluster network configuration and troubleshooting
-Windows services and application installed or enabled, management and configuration
