“Supply Chain Manager” is required for a leading company for industrial services in the Middle East and North Africa, Headquarter in Zahraa El Maadi
Job Description
· Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
· Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)
· Make valuable deals with different service providers (Shipping agencies, transportation companies, insurance companies, etc.)
· Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
· Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes and resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
· Help and direct employees of logistics department in all work matters
· Mange supply chain procedures efficiently to maximize quality of delivery.
· Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
· Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
· Prepare shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading, etc.).
· Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, customers, etc.
· Follow purchase orders payment, physical goods receiving, storing, legalization, documentation, and data entry in different Work systems and applications. (Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly).
· Evaluate and report on KPIs
Job Requirements
· B. SC. in international transport and logistics, or relevant field.
· Previous experience as a supply chain or logistics manager.
· 7-10 years of total experience.
· Working experience of ERP systems (Preferred Odoo ERP System)
· Aware of all requirements of NAFEZA system, creating ACID, customs clearance process, etc.
· Aware of NTRA procedures (renewal of the company license, getting approvals, etc.)
· Knowledge of logistics software and transport management systems.
· Proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
