Cassbana is looking for an experienced Strategy Manager based in Egypt to help shape our long-term strategy. You will be responsible for setting the company direction, assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals and improving organizational effectiveness.
Role Accountabilities:
– Support the development of long-term organizational strategy along with company and vertical OKRs.
– Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, etc.
– Align vertical goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
– Assess market trends and conduct competitive analysis to Identify threats and opportunities.
– Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects and present reports on progress.
– Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategy roles, preferably in top-tier consulting or tech companies.
Must have:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & problem solving abilities.
– Strong organizational and planning skills.
– Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
Preferable:
– Previous experience in micro-financing institutions or fintech.
