10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience leading software development teams.
• Strong technical skills in software development, including experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
• Experience with software development processes and practices, Agile methodologies in particular.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud computing technologies (Azure).
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React).
• Experience with mobile development (e.g., iOS, Android).
• Experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
