IMFND is hiring Social Media Moderator

🔸Job Responsibilities:

– Social media management.

– Rewrite content to be suitable for every channel.

– Schedule & uploading content on all social media channels.

– Customer relations – Reply in comment & messages however they come in (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Groups, e-mail… etc.) and managing any online feedback forms.

– Coverage Training & Events on social media on Spot.

– Sharing & engaging on all social media stories like Instagram – TikTok – Facebook – LinkedIn etc. and Engage with Customers.

– Sharing any trend and updates with creative team on WhatsApp group.

– Follow up leads on Slack (Sharing the lead on it and follow up till Communication team communicate with them).

– Put paid leads in database sheet at the same time & with the right way

– Follow up any case or crisis on social media for Every Brand and update the social media team leader and head of digital within 10 minutes.

– Recommend IMFND for those who ask about our services on Groups in our field.

– Follow up all channels for any update like (WhatsApp, Groups, & Emails) to work on any update during the shift (check it every hour)

– Generate leads from Message on social media with all details that he/she will need to be clear with our policy and rules to register.

– Produce daily reports, weekly reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes.

👉Job Requirements:

– 1 to 3 years of experience in the same position.
– Good command of English.
– Very good copy-writing skills.
– Have a good knowledge of using Social Media Channels.
– Researching skills.
– Developing and implementing plans.
– Reports writing skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Due date oriented.
– Very good communication & negotiation skills.
– Time management and multitasking abilities.
– Flexibility with working hours.

Job Details:👇

– Job type: Full time
– Working hours: Rotational shift basis, 8 hours and half per day including a 45-minute break.
– Days off: 2 days off rotational based on work needs.
– Location: Nasr City
