We are Hiring a Social media moderator to join our team in Maadi
– Engage with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
– Handle customer’s complaints on different social media channels.
– Report on social media engagements within the community.
– Monitor the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy.
– Liaise with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.
– The candidate must have at least 3+ years of social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience).
– Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
– Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management.
– Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
– Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
– Ability to handle multiple clients.
– Fluency in English.
