We are hiring a “Social Media Manager“.
1. Develop a strategy of community operation, including official community and groups on third-party platforms
2. Build up management rules and virtual operation team (including core-fans and forum admins)
3. Increase community participation by driving campaigns, interacting and responding to users’ comments, managing contents, via online and offline channels
4. Monitor and moderate community participation to ensure that rules are applied , Provide tracking and metrics to communicate and validate interaction
5. Maintain good relationships with forum/social group moderators, keep coordinating with them without time constrains for day to day work
1. minimum 3+Yrs Exp.
2. Familiar with all major social media platforms and forums management, skilled in user community operation
3. Creative, familiar with the preference of SNS users, sensitive on so social trends and user demands
4. Able to organize online and offline events
