Job Purpose
- Responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing online communities to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and achieve the organization’s marketing goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand’s objectives and target audience.
- Identify target demographics and create content tailored to their preferences.
- Conduct research and stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Write captivating captions, headlines, and descriptions to accompany social media posts.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts on various platforms. Schedule and publish posts, ensuring optimal timing and frequency for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers, build relationships, and foster a sense of community.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates.
- Use analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior and preferences and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Develop partnerships and manage influencer relationships, including negotiation of contracts and campaign deliverables.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- (1-2) Years of experience.
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their features.
- Familiarity with platform-specific tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.
- Experience in creating the different type of content and short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks).
- Awareness of the latest trends and best practices in social media.
- Ability to apply these trends creatively in content.
- Understanding of social media advertising, including boosting posts and managing ads (Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and ability to derive insights.
- Basic experience in preparing reports on social media performance.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across all social media content.
- Ability to generate fresh ideas and content that resonates with the target audience.
- Willingness to experiment with new content formats and approaches.
- Ability to ensure accuracy in grammar, design, and overall message consistency.
- Detail-oriented in scheduling and publishing posts.
Clear and concise communication in written posts and visual content. - Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Capacity to quickly adapt to changes in trends, platform algorithms, and team needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with social media content, engagement, or platform tools.
- Willingness to work with other teams (design, marketing).
