DHL Is Hiring: Service Point Advisor.
Receive customers at front counter receptions and process shipments through DHL software.
Ensure all security procedures for all shipments received are followed up.
Ensure that all shipments arriving at the express center are scanned whether delivered through the front counter or will be Held for Collection.
Assure all customers receive service, which is prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful.
Provide customer feedback to others in the organization
Meet service level and response time objectives
Meet quality objectives
Perform customer identification
Perform shipment identification
Record sales leads and operation
Leads Record customer complaints.
Make continuous work process improvements.
