Kasrawy Group for Automotive is looking for:
Service Manager
Location: Abou Rawash
#Job Requirements:
– BSC. Automotive or Mech. Engineering.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent English language.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

#Job Duties:
-Develop service organization and operating procedures (SOP’s) and maximize usage of KPI’s to manage effectively.
-Setting up and maintaining the service desk.
-Supervising other members of the service delivery team.
-Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times.
-Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency.
-Resolving any service problems and customer complaints.
-Conducting periodic appraisals of team members and identifying areas for improvement.
-Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management.
-Developing contracts for Commercial Contractors and Developers who have ongoing rental or purchase needs.
-Instructing customers on equipment operation, care, and maintenance.
-Inspecting rental equipment on return, looking for any damage and returning deposits.
-Coordinate activities within service division, with other divisions and with external partners/suppliers.
-Evaluate service center’s development needs (capacity, manpower, capex, etc…).
-Preparing, generating and collecting all reception related reports (Budgeting report, Service Centre KPI’s, Stuff Evaluation…).
-Analyze major service problems and implement corrective action plans.
-Supervise the design operation for new service centers layout.
-Support customers during their warranty claim for better customer satisfaction.
-Audit the service center to apply certification standards and monitor actions with service heads to overcome weaknesses reported.
-Support the dealers in developing their service operations by performing periodical visits, schedule dealers service seminars, reviewing action plan, etc…
-Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by El Kasrawy Group.
