We are hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager with the below details.
Experience:
▪︎Minimum 7 years of solid project management experience, at least 3 years in Senior project manager level Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience. preferred in Software development, Telecom, or information technology industries
▪︎Experience in leading global oversees projects with multi-cultural and virtual teams
▪︎Experience in automation and data analytics
Technical:
▪︎Good understanding of solution architecture fundamentals
▪︎Technical understanding and experience in Network systems is highly desirable
▪︎Previous hands-on experience in Software development as a developer
Business and Project Management:
▪︎In depth understanding of financial management aspects including budgeting, cost management and P&L Practical experience in presales process, bid management, scoping and sizing
▪︎Strong understanding and application of predictive and adaptive project development cycles
▪︎Hands on experience in business analysis and product leadership Program management experience is a highly desirable
▪︎Hands on experience in managing senior stakeholders / ExCo level communication including directors and senior directors
▪︎Project management and agile certifications (PMP, PgMP, CSM, ACSM, PM2, ACP, etc..) are highly desirable
▪︎In depth understanding of benefits and value management
Interpersonal:
▪︎Situational leadership
▪︎ Highly proactive with High sense of ownership / Stewardship
▪︎Able to navigate through chaotic situations and manage innovation
▪︎Analytical, attentive to details
▪︎Highly tolerant for ambiguity and complexit.
