#Paymob is Hiring!! Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech)
About the Role:
• Work closely with hiring managers and other teams, from the early stages of resourcing, all the way through acquiring a talented team.
• Utilize various channels and techniques, such as online platforms, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to proactively source and identify potential candidates with the desired skills and experience.
• Review resumes, evaluate candidate applications, and conduct initial screenings to assess technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide guidance to interviewers to ensure effective and consistent evaluation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to prepare competitive job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and close candidates effectively. Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies, be constantly up to date with all changes in the hiring market.
• Assess and interview selected candidates, fill in and maintain an updated database of qualified candidates & potentials.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as sourcing channels, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity metrics, to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
• Generate reports and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A thorough understanding of differences between various roles within organizations.
• BSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Mass Hiring and Fin-tech background is a plus.
• Communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment .
