Americana Restaurants is looking for Senior Talent Acquisition Associate
Main Responsibilities :
– Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
– Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different channels such as LinkedIn, job boards and other social media
– Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decide whether to accept the position.
– Handle the referral system to create a strong database
– Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy at Americana
– Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.
– Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support the Brand and growth plan
Requirements:
Qualifications: –
– University Degree in Business Management, or equivalent
– 3-5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the same industry.
– Operations/Restaurant Management experience is an advantage
– Notable communications and negotiation skills
– Fluent in English (Oral/Written).
– Excellent in MS Office
