Kasrawy Group for Automotive hiring the following position:
Senior Stock Control Specialist
Location: Kattameya – Cairo
Main Responsibilities:
-Monitoring and analyzing parts availability and demand patterns.
-Monitoring parts inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock turnover.
-Using EPC (electronic parts catalogue) to identify and locate parts.
-Pricing parts according to our pricing policy.
-Studying parts storage shortage problems and recommending solutions.
-Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
-Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock on the system.
-Generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
-Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
-Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures (Local and abroad suppliers).
Reviewing, preparing, incentives from suppliers.
-Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
-Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree – preferably Engineering.
-Minimum 5-6 years of Experience with Min 3 year of Experience as stock control.
-Proficient in MS Office.
-Excellent Communication Skills.
