“Senior Procurement Manager” is required for an international governments and diplomatic missions worldwide Company located in Sheraton
Requirements:
– 7-10 years proven working experience, currently working as a Procurement Manager.
– Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market.
-Proficiency in negotiations and networking.
-Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management tool. (i.e. SAP MM , SAP Ariba, SAP Oracle, RSA Archer).
-Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
-Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
-Main Job Duties:
. Ensure to follow the Organization’s Global procurement policy.
. Liaising with Internal & external stakeholders to manage Real Estate Procurement in Egypt and NA.
. Budget Vs Spend Management.
. Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on procurement matters, and coaches stakeholders on relevant process (i.e. Request for Proposals, Request for Quotations, bid evaluation criteria and procurement tools) to ensure stakeholders needs are met and Organisation obtains best value. Also ensure procurement processes are perceived by suppliers as fair, open, and ethical.
. Analyzes procurement requirement and select the most appropriate methods based on assessment of established policies, practices, and experience.
. Plans, organizes and leads the bid solicitation process including drafting and issuing RFQ, RFP, developing bid evaluation criteria.
. Chair bid evaluation committees, ensure the integrity of the competitive process, facilitates bidder debriefings, and exercises appropriate judgment and tact while ensuring to protect confidential information.
. As subject matter expert for the ERP purchasing module, provides technical advice and participate in the design, development, modification, testing and implementation of selected Finance and Admin systems.
. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
. Handling Internal and External Audits.
. Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
. Well verse with Procurement of goods and services (keeping in mind the ESG initiatives).
