Paymob is hiring Senior HR Operations Specialist with 3-4 years of experience with same position.
Job Description
• Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities.
• Handle all Hiring process, social insurance form 1,2,6.
• Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this.
• Maintain employee’s time off records and requests.
• Update the internal databases with new employees.
• Create employees’ letters upon their requests (banks, employment letters, experience letters and HR letters) and follow up with authorized persons for signature.
• Organize and maintain employee’s files and insure fully meeting the requirements and up to date. (hard copies and on the system)
• Deal with all cases of work injuries and taking the necessary measures & actions.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Personnel or Employee Relations.
• bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dealing with Social insurance office and label office
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent Level with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
