The Employer is seeking a skilled and experienced #Senior HR Generalist to join their team.

He / She will play a vital role in managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR processes.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process.
· Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related activities.
· Provide guidance and support to clients and employees on HR-related matters; including policy interpretation, conflict resolution or performance improvement.
· Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
· Stay up to date with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices and processes.
· Provide HR-related reports and insights to management as needed.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
· In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
· Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and procedures.
