Attijariwafa Bank is looking for full-time Senior Core Banking Application Support.
Job Description:
Functional support of the Core Banking Solution and interdependent interfaces and integrations.
Creating onsite triggers, procedures, and views etc.
Work closely with Business Analyst in resolving and reporting issues to vendor.
Work closely with Business Analysis performing User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing and System Support.
Configuration, patches, update, and upgrade management of the Core Banking System.
Manage and support integration of the Core Banking system with other interconnected applications.
Document any necessary procedure related to Core Banking application for reference.
Anticipates Core Banking application problems and implement preventive measures.
Manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) with service providers.
Actively manage the timely resolution of outstanding defector issues impacting the business.
Support the preparation of presentations, strategy documentation and other documents.
Write specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations.
Handle and implement requests for application customizations onsite.
Investigate user problems, identify root cause, determine possible solutions, test, and implement solutions.
Any other duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree of Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
Oracle SQL querying.
Experience:
Minimum of three years Core Banking Application Support experience.
