About the job : Senior E-commerce Backoffice role is a key position within the e-commerce team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational workflows to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
Drive strategic initiatives, troubleshoot operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle Onboarding New Merchants with the Bank.
-Work closely with the product, CRM, Bank and Technical support teams to resolve operational issues.
-Assist the customer service team by providing back-office support to resolve escalated customer issues.
-Manage day-to-day platform operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the e-commerce website or marketplace.
-Develop and maintain standard operating procedures “SOP” for all operational processes.
-prepare and present weekly, monthly reports to management.
