Scrum Master

The Scrum Master acts as a Change Agent in the Organization who develops a culture that helps other members to react to changes quickly. The Scrum master is responsible for using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education
• Minimum of 7 – 12 years of experience and at least 3 years at a Scrum master position
• Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc
• Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, roles, and practices
• CSM or PSM is a plus
