Role Details:
•Sales and Technical Support Specialists are responsible for communicating the benefits of a company’s products in order to drive sales and Lab troubleshooting for the following Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, ELISA & Histopathology.
•Sales and Technical Support Specialists serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
•Meet or exceed sales targets (Sales Growth/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.
•To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets (Quantity &Quality) through face to face and meetings and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.
•Effective administration of territory business including, maintenance of high quality record systems and check market segmentation.
•Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
•Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
•Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
•Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
•Continuously improve through feedback’s
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree of Life Science like Biotechnology, Agriculture or Science. .
· Demonstrate a high level of knowledge in Medical & Clinical Lab Diagnostics Devices & Techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, presentation, persuasion, negotiation and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Experience:
• Medical Lab Diagnostics Lab Experience is preferred.
• Field Force Sales Experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
