3 “Sales Promoter Supervisors”

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support to promoters, including target focus, inventory management, price control, merchandising, and competitor information .
• Conduct market research and gather competitive insights, including competitor strategies, advertising campaigns, market trends, dealer information, and more.
• Manage and monitor targeted sales performance, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
• Oversee promoter operations, providing ongoing guidance and support to maximize their effectiveness.
• Efficiently allocate and supervise promoters.
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports, providing detailed insights into sales performance and trends.
• Organize and support events for key accounts and major dealers, fostering strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar field, ideally with experience managing large accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Basic English knowledge written and spoken.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a car.
• Strong presentation skills and a proven ability to drive sales results.
• Presentable.
