𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲
Responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the correct units’ details, and optimizing processes:
•Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness
•Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
•Checking available inventories and updating units’ details is accurate
•Keep soft copies of the entire signed contracts.
•Maintaining and updating sales and client records.
•Validating all unit’s technical and financial specifications
•Manage and safeguard the company’s customer database.
•Responsible for modifying, adding and finalizing the Payment Plan.
•Ensure the fulfillment of the form of interest by the client before the reservation and confirm the client’s right to refund in case the reservation process isn’t completed
•Reserve the unit in the point of interest to the client after receiving the client’s documents needed by the Sales team to apply the appropriate payment plan and complete the reservation.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
•1 year of experience in a similar role.
•Real estate experience is a must.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Detail-oriented
