“Sales Manager” is required for a reputable Distribution & Trading Company located in Cairo – Heliopolis.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
· Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.
· Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear sales targets and providing guidance.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
· Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
· Oversee the distribution network, collaborating with logistics and supply chain teams for efficient processes.
· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
· Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies.
· Develop and manage the sales budget; monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports.
· Stay informed about product features and benefits; train the sales team to communicate effectively.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports, tracking performance metrics.
· Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
· Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the distribution sector, with expertise in pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, and FMCG.
· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
· Results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
· Understanding of supply chain and distribution processes.
