Paymob is hiring for Sales Key Account Manager!
Job Description:
· Acquiring new customized offers from both new and existing merchants.
· Onboard new merchants on our app by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working.
· Build long-term relationships with merchants.
· Contact merchants to review their business and ensure merchant loyalty, Renew existing offers.
· Resolve outstanding merchant issues in a timely manner.
· Identify opportunities to increase merchant profitability conversion rate and drive company revenue.
· Analyze merchant data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of the opportunity.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operation, and reconciliation) to facilitate Merchant/account’s growth.
· Meetings with merchants can be conducted via phone calls, emails, video chats, or in person.
· Achieve monthly targets through increasing share of business with existing/new merchants.
· Understand the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
· Following up on leads and winning new clients.
· Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
· Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
· Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within the portfolio, Provide service to existing accounts.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in sales and acquisition.
· Preferably with Fintech experience.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Experience setting sales goals.
· Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
