‘’Sales Admin’’ is required for a Multinational Automation Machinery Manufacturing Located in New Cairo.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support sales team activities.
· Handle customer inquiries and register customer orders.
·Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
·Maintain sales and customer records.
· Prepare sales performance reports.
·Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
·Support marketing related activities.
·Coordinates with customers from ordering to delivery (delivery status, payment, dispatch).
· Maintain material master and pricing list.
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree is a must.
· Fluency in English is a must.
· Min 2 years of professional experience, in related technical sales function within the industrial sector.
·Ability to handle technical and commercial topics
·Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
·Self-motivated and initiative
·Strong organizational and communication skills
