⌕ Location:
🚩 Cairo & Delta (Sharqeya – Qalyubia)
✹ Key Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for on-boarding training programs, sales/product training, covering national business.
2) Inspire, motivate, train the field force via in-store coaching, especially on areas of selling skills, product knowledge, and customer relationships.
3) Collect feedback among retail stores and Training Team.
4) Measure effectiveness of each training and seek for improvements.
5) Manage affairs of training includes training notice, room set-up, material preparation, reports etc.
6) A strong passion for technology and sharing.
7) Adaptive to changing technologies, processes and environments.
8) Travel within the country as needed.
9) Collect and analyze the competitor’s product information.
10) Other works given.
⌕ Qualification Required:-
• Up to 30 Years.
• Bachelor degree.
• MS office skills.
• TOT is a Must.
• At least 2 years’ experience in smartphone industry.
• Knowledge of sales skills, idea selling, summarizing the selling points and turning to consumer language.
• Fluent in English is required
• Capable to compose the training material.
