Edita is hiring a Retail & OT Manager (Customer Marketing)

Responsibilities:

· Ensure efficient and effective management of distributor performance indicators and monitoring sales activities.
· Support distributor through data analysis, reporting and collaboration.
· Manage Distributor performance management.
· Plan Sales monitoring and analysis.
· Lead Collaborative partnerships.
· Continuously review and refine existing processes related to distributor performance management and sales monitoring.
· Proactively explore new technologies, tools and methodologies that can enhance efficiency and accuracy in data

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Business (marketing major) or Mass Communication.
Experience:5-7 of experience in a brand management similar field.
Languages: Perfect command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
