– Job Location: Sheraton, Cairo.
Main duties:
– Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
– Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
– Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to making offers
Qualifications
– Proven working experience as a Recruiter
– People-oriented and results-driven
– Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
