” Recruitment Specialist “
– Responsibilities :
1- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events .
2- Screen resumes and job applications.
3- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
4- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.
5-Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
6- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
7- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
8- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
9- Reports on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
10- Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
11- Collaborate with Human Resources Manager to set qualification criteria for future employees.
– Requirements :
1- 1-2 years in of Experience in the same position
2- V.Good English
3- good in Microsoft office
4- Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills .
5- Time-management skills
