Job requirements:
•1-3 Years of experience in the same position
•Excellent command of English language written and spoken
Job description:
•Managing the full recruitment cycle for the local and overseas requests for white and blue collars from End to End.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
•Create and publish job ads in various portals.
•Sourcing, filtering, screening CVs, interviewing shortlist candidates depending on the Job profile and position competencies juniors, seniors and managerial levels.
•Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
•Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
•Host and participate in job fairs
•Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
•Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
