We’re Hiring a Recruitment Intern at Paymob!
Paymob, a leading fintech startup, is looking for a talented Recruitment Intern to join our growing team. As our Recruitment Intern, you’ll have the chance to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented university student or recent graduate who is passionate about talent acquisition and building a career in HR or recruiting. You’ll work closely with our Talent team to support our aggressive hiring plans and help us find the best and brightest to join the Paymob family.
Key responsibilities:
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open positions
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Provide administrative support for the hiring process
Assist with employer branding and recruiting event planning
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Interest in and/or prior experience with recruitment or HR
Familiarity with Database management, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
This is a 3-month paid internship position based in our Cairo office.
