We are hiring Property Coordinator !!
– Experience: from 0 to 2 years of Experience in the same field
-Language skills : Must have an Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
Computer skills: Perfect user for Microsoft Office applications

– Well organized and able to meet deadline and sales target
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and develop new client relationships.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist property manager in preparing operating cost escalations and collect more inventories to be assigned on our website.
2. Assist property manager in processing tax, insurance, lease, rent and other billings to tenants.
3. Develop rent collection processes.
4. Monitor rent collections on a timely basis.
5. Organize and maintain filing systems for the management.
6. Prepare expenses billings on time for labor, plumbing, electric and other works for tenants.
7. Maintain tenants’ database and property owners database.
8. Prepare and update property management reports on a periodic basis.
9. Assist and support customers regarding property dealings.
