  • Tasks

  • Ensuring the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5 S and all the modern process management principle in the factory
  • overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
  • overseeing technical drawing & operations Budget
  • making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
  • drafting a timescale for the job;
  • estimating Costs and BOM and setting the quality standards;
  • monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
  • being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
  • monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs;
  • working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals;
  • Identifying training needs g training needs
  • ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;

  • Qualifications

  • should have a good experience in the related field
  • bachelor Degree in Production / industrial Engineering or any related field.
