Job Purpose:
- Responsible for Improve and develop all production processes and product characteristics, prepare studies of developing production processes, follow up of the product structure tree of all sections, in addition to following up applying the technical adjustments to the product structure tree and operating instructions, following up the dies daily problems, make daily reports on them, test new dies samples, code and save new dies samples and code spare parts supplied for dies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Describe the processes in detail to determine the steps that should be followed and sequenced by the technician.
- Follow up the verification of the performance of the processes according to the instructions to ensure the product quality.
- Record the time measurements results and follow up the production rates of the machines to compare them with the standard rates.
- Record the results of production and inventory to ensure easy follow up.
- Test the production aids samples to ensure their compatibility with the production process and the conformity with the dimensions and standard specifications.
- Document solutions of production problems and constraints and save them for easy access.
- Prepare the work instructions of models at all stages of assembly and test them to adjust and develop production processes.
- Prepare products samples that need dies and experimenting materials to be sent to the dies factory.

- Dispense of canceled documents to ensure document legality.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong Data analysis and Problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with multifunctional/inter-departmental teams.
- Self-starter with strong organization and decision management skills.
- A strong understanding of technical concepts.
