Fawry Microfinance is hiring “Product Development Manager” with the below qualifications:
Requirements:
· University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
· 5-7 years of professional experience & at least 2 years of experience as a “Product Manager” in banking industry is a must
· Familiarity with business and Microfinance, SMEs, i.e., Term Loans, Overdraft, Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL).
· Receivable finance, reverse factoring, invoice discounting
· Solid experience building solutions for end customers and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
· Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language
· Expert in data analyses and reporting.
· Proven project management and communication skills, ideally working in a fast-paced/start-up environment
Brief about Job description:
· Develop new products intended to assist FMF in building relationships with Micro- and SME clients and overseeing the growth of the loan portfolio by specific product.
· Monitor market trends and information collected by the FMF to identify potential areas for developing new financial products and restructuring existing ones.
· Supervise the product from the concept to implementation and streamline across all lines of business and throughout the loan tracking system and mobile app.
· Prepare and execute product launches and report on expectations of market size, market uptake, market share and expected budgeted sales.
· Produce financial analyses and projections based on proposed product’s solutions.
· Use statistical methods and applications to analyze customer repayment behavior and make concrete recommendations regarding underwriting, processing and product design.
