Work location : 5th settlement – Head office
Job Responsibilities:
• Review & Maintain Supplier database & all current supplier documentation, keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
• Maintain the warehouse, records area, Store and release supplies or equipment.
• Performing Administrative Activities, performing day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
• Check market prices and prepare analysis with prices, availability and obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items and recommending alternatives and Prepare & Maintain purchasing files.
• Review and maintain inventory items by verifying stock, scheduling delivery when required.
• Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered, resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
• Make sure that suppliers are complying with the contract terms and conditions of the contract
• Sample review for the records of item based on the cost, delivery time, goods, and service quality
• Ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply issues.
• Ensuring that PO terms comply with company policies.
• Negotiating purchase terms.
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate data and procurement records
• Negotiate prices among various suppliers in order to make purchasing decisions.
• Follow and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
