Title: Personnel Team Manager
Job summary statement:
– Maintain and update the payroll system by recording and calculating the insurance changes and deductions. Update and ensure that the filing system for personnel records are in compliance with the polices and procedures. Support the personnel team to fulfill the organization’s goals.
– Bachelor Degree
– Fluent in English
– Minimum five years of experience in personnel field
– Excellent Knowledge of employment labor law
– Experience in retail operations industry is a plus
Title: Recruitment Specialist
Job summary statement
– Conduct job analysis and write down the job description for each position.Prepare job advertisements for the vacant positions. Conduct HR interviews to filter the candidates before sending them to the technical interview. Deliver to the newly hired employees orientation about the organization’s history, policy and structure.
– 0-3 years of experience in the HR field
– HR background is a must (Major, course or diploma)
