Avelabs is hiring a Personnel Specialist

Responsibilities:
– Managing the Personnel documents and labor office work.
– Handling the documentation processes for new employees and their resignations.
– Handling all related employees social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required.
– Handling the attendance system and reports to the management.
– Responsible for creating ,adding and updating everything related to the employees on the system.
– Staying up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.




Requirements:
– 1~3 years of proven experience as a Personnel Specialist, HR Administrator or a relevant role.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management or related field.
– HR certificate or diploma is a plus.
– Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
– Very good English skills.
– Very good communication skills.

Location: Maadi Technology Park.
