Job Description:
– Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system “Fingerprint machine”
– Provide periodic reports about employee’s regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc.
– Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices etc.
– Manage the process of employee’s termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees
– Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
– Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments
– Controlling the vacation system and tracking the vacation balance of all employees
– Assist in keeping employees hiring documents completed.
– Manage & update employee’s files.
– Familiar with medical insurance policies and process.
Job Requirements
– Work experience at least 2 years in personnel & payroll
– HR certificate or any other HR related courses
– Very Good English
– Team Worker
– Good Knowledge of Labor Law and Insurance
– Excellent Excel use
– Good communication skills
