Personnel Coordinator
– Experience 1 – 2 Years as an HR Coordinator
– Maintains personnel files in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
– Communicate and follow up with governmental entities (Labor Office/Social Insurance Office).
– Good Knowledge of Labor office & Social Insurance offices procedures and transactions.
– Handling employees’ Leaves based on labor law & keeping an updated employee’s leave balance on a daily basis.
– Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
– Receives and processes personnel forms.
